Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email and payment. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. This may differ depending on the size of your order.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping to Australia.
For Express Shipping: we offer express shipping to Australia ONLY.
All shipping rates exclude transit insurance - if this is required please contact us for a quote.
LOCAL PICKUP
local pickup is available. On arrival at our store, you must show your order receipt from your email to confirm purchase.
Pickups are to be done from 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri and 8am to 11:30am Sat.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us confirming your order. Please allow 48 hours for the email confirmation to come through.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@dixontrailers.com.au with your name and full postal information, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the part is unused and in its original condition, and all refunds are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the parts cost. Shipping is never refunded and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@dixontrailers.com.au with your full name and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
